ORDERING

SHIPPING

  • After you have ordered, paid and confirmed your payment, it takes 3-4 working days to process your order (this include: payment checking and packing order) before we send it to shipping company. We will process and ship based on your order ID. If you have more than one order IDs, unfortunately, no combined-order possible for shipment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Basically the goods that have been purchased and shipped can not be returned or cashed, but can be exchanged for other items in one model (change colors are allowed). However, if the model changes, I’m sorry, we do not accept. If there is a production defect, we will replace it with a new one.

     

    We accept returns on defective goods up to 14 days after your item is received.

    Please note that you may not return or exchange all sale items.
