SHIPPING POLICY

Yep, we can ship to all destinations, everywhere, as long as it is still on earth! 🙂

Currently we are cleaning up in delivery system. And we apologize if listed on your bill for shipping rate using a flat rate. The rate is forecast only. We will notify you if there are any additional or reduced shipping charges.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

We only process your order during business days and store hours (9AM – 4PM), from Monday to Friday; but we ship from Monday to Saturday.

All confirmed orders will be processed on the following day (24 hours).

It takes 3-4 working days to process your order before we send it to shipping company. And then we will ship your order if there are no problems occurring in terms of payment.

We will process and ship based on your order ID. If you have more than one order ID, unfortunately, no combined-orders possible for shipment.

SHIPPING RATES

We do not have any official cooperation with the shipping service provider yet. So, we will contact you, to choose the delivery service provider. For shipping rates adjust to the rate of your preferred delivery service provider.

SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTIONS

PARRI is not responsible for any risks of loss of the goods after the shipping provider has delivered the packages to the designated address. If the goods are returned to us, customers are obligated to pay the shipping fee one more time if the mistakes are due to customer’s conditions.

If there are any shipping errors coming from PARRI, we guarantee that we will give free shipping to the customers.

We also are not responsible for any additional taxes and duties charged. If you decide to refuse the delivery, you are responsible in all fees charged by shipping provider – both for sending and returning the product to us.
