PARRI webstore (parri.id) encourages you to read our Terms and Conditions before purchasing or placing your order, as we may change our Terms and Conditions from time to time. If you do not agree to our Terms and Conditions, we suggest you to close this tab right now!

  • You can order any of our products as long as they are still available. Products in high demand may be sold out real quickly, so please note that adding items to your shopping trolley, does not mean the items are reserved for you – you will have to check out properly to make sure you purchase the product.

    Once you have checked out, you may not add more items to your shopping trolley. We cannot modify/add products for you; you will have to make a new order again if you do not want to pay double shipping fees.

    Reservations for any of our products are not permitted.

  • Prices shown on our webstore are in Indonesian Rupiahs (IDR). Prices may change without any notifications.

    Customers purchasing from other countries may pay via Bank Transfer in Indonesian Rupiahs. However, we suggest customers from overseas to pay in US$ via Bank Transfer if possible. We have our own currencies for US$ and customers have no rights to change the currency exchange. Any custom and tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from the shipping company. We recommend you contact your local customs for more details.

  • We reserve the right to not process your order if we are unable to validate your payment due to reasons such as different account holder’s name or incomplete payment. We also reserve the right not to process your order if product is out of stock and somehow the system fails/errors. We will refund your payment completely.

  • We have tried our best to give the most accurate colors and textures in the computer screen. But due to different monitor display, the colors and textures may appear differently.

  • Payment can be made via Bank Transfer with two options: Bank Central Asia (BCA), and Bank Mandiri. You will have to confirm your payment at our webstore to validate your purchase.

    Payment should be made strictly in 48 hours (2 days) after checking out. We will automatically send an invoice with the details of your order via email.


    If you can’t transfer and confirm within that time, your orders will automatically expire. You may order again, but we cannot guarantee the availability of our products.

  • Visit our ‘Return & Exchange’ at the bottom of the page. Please note that we do not provide pick up services for returns and exchanges.

  • Refunds will include shipping costs. For international customers, please contact your local customs for more details on tax and custom refund.

  • Items should be returned new, unused, unwashed and with all garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered are not accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

  • All content from PARRI webstore are not permitted to be used for any public purposes. Content also includes any graphics, logos, photographs, image rights, sofware, all HTML codes, video or text displayed at parri.id. Any reproduction, copying, or foregoing of the content are prohibited. To use our content for editorial purpose kindly send an email to info@parri.id.

  • This site is not for any commercial use. You may not copy, display, reproduce, publish, create derivative works and sell any content or products within this site. You are prohibited to use our content for any advertising use/commercial use for your own site.

  • You agree that you will be responsible for all of your activities on this webstore. If we become aware that you are involved in any prohibited activity or violation of our Terms and Conditions, we may refuse you access to this webstore temporarily or permanently. If you violate our Terms and Conditions and we do not take action against you, we will still be entitled to use our rights in other situations in which you violate the Terms and Conditions. We are not responsible for any losses that are not caused by our mistakes or indirect losses caused by shipping companies or force majeure. We will be liable for your loss only if we violate our Terms and Conditions.
